We ate at elm Street, last night. I can say that it was honestly one of the better meals that I have had in a restaurant. To give a little background, I have two friends that have been chefs in Michelin star restaurants, and I also love to cook. We usually don't expect much in restaurants. However, the duck confirm, and the lamb shanks were perfect. I don't have a better description than that. I started with the calamari with ratatouille and it was smoky and flavorful, and the calamari was buttery. I tried the salad and the scallops and they were both excellent. The only hesitation I have is to blow a good secret. But, I really wish for this restaurant to succeed, so I had to give this review. Good job guys. Really.
