  • If I could give them zero stars I would, but unfortunately they don't have that option. They are by far the worst dentist I have ever been to. It took them six months to tell me that 0 of the 3 procedures done at their office were covered by my insurance and that I owed them $3,000. Before each procedure I asked them repeatedly to check with my insurance because I wasn't sure what changes had been made. All three times they said they checked and that they would be covered 100%. Their excuse when I asked them how they could miss this was that they don't call the companies to ask because if they did that for every patient for every little procedure, they would on the phone for days. Needless to say, I will not, nor will any of my other family members, ever be going back to this office.
