  • I found CTR Plumbing on yelp as I am selling my home and the new buyers asked for a few things. When speaking with Erik he was nice, respectful and seemed to be able to help me out with what I needed. Erik arrived at the scheduled time he said he would which is a plus. When he walked into my home he took off his shoes to complete the task. I was so shocked. He completed both of the jobs I needed and proceeded to leave. 2 days later I had the same problem in the master bathroom. I called Erik back and he said he would come back and check it out. Erik came to my home on memorial day even though that's a holiday. When looking at the job he realized he replaced the wrong spout in a different bathroom. He promptly corrected the issue owned it and apologized. I am a person who understands mistakes happen. But I respect Erik a lot that he owned it and didn't deflect blame. No charge and everything went well. Erik also recommended an a/c company that was great as well. Well be closing on our new home in a couple of weeks and will be giving CTR Plumbing a call with some plumbing issues.
