  • I typically do my own personal taxes but had some complicated issues in 2017. I spoke with Natalie and she made an appointment to review my situation. Natalie was on the phone when I arrived about 15 mins early but Matthew quickly came and introduced himself and greeted me by name. He also was ready to review my file with me and we worked through my tax issues. As we were leaving Natalie also introduced herself and apologized for not being able to greet me upon my arrival which she did not have to do. This is the type of customer service that is rarely seen these days and is a breath of fresh air. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Newton CPA and as you can see the reviews speak for themselves.
