  • I had avoided this store for over a year due to bad service. Today I decided to try it again as I needed packages delivered...and once again I was disappointed. Rodney behind the counter was friendly enough but seemed too busy to explain fully why he couldn't give me what I needed (a postage paid return label). When I said (politely) "that's fine, never mind, just gimme my receipt for my stamps" I got a sarcastic smile and an under-the-breath "okay, whatever." Thanks for making the decision to drive out of my way to a FedEx Kinko's easier for me, Rodney.
