  • The guy who runs this business Josh Fannin is an extremely shady and manipulative guy. He will charge you for stuff that has already been broken and when you ask him to mail you a check for the deposit he will deduct the money without even consulting you. I had a horrible experience with this guy and his company and even my room mates and my apartments had the same problem later on. He will ask you to move in, but he will charge you for stuff thats already broken so make sure that you check everything and have it in writing. Lastly that guy Josh Fannin is extremely rude and unprofessional. If I knew better, I would never rent an apartment or buy a property from these guys.
