  • Terrible service today. I gave the barista, Jessica, two 14 oz mugs, I specifically told her that they were 14 oz. She charged me for two large drinks(24oz). I asked her to clarify, she just answered "don't worry, you're actually getting more." Um... that doesn't make sense. She shrugged. My card was already charged, someone was behind me. I didn't want to make a scene. She ignored me when I asked her about it again. It was awkward, I won't be coming back anytime soon.
