  • They make fantastic cocktails, all of them, and they make them any way you want them. Carly's is THE place to get a cocktail on Roosevelt Row. The live music is always interesting, and more importantly, quiet. You can always go to Carly's for cocktails and decent conversation, even when a musical combo is playing(the same can't be said for other downtown bars, which will deafen you after 8pm most nights of the week). The staff are friendly and professional. The food is ok, and some of the sandwiches are actually pretty good, but it's...they are known for their cocktails.
