This is our second stay here. I was very disappointed with the staff at the pool today. The pool closes at 7pm which seems early in the summer when it's light until 9 and it's over 100 degrees. The pool is packed. It's 6:45 and an employee, security? Named Johnny comes by and rudely says the pool closes at 7. He So we get the kids out at 7 and they are drying off and scowling Johnny comes by and says you know the pool is closed you need to leave. I said my six year old is drying off we aren't swimming, no need to be rude. If the Red Rocks wants to be a luxury or at least deluxe resort they need to work on their customer service training with employees. Maybe have Johnny not in contact with guests. We won't be returning.
