  • I would give them no stars if possible, first I called early on the day of delivery to have the store give the delivery guys a different phone number to contact me before the delivery. That information was not passed on. Second, and more importantly, this store knew I was handicapped and neglected to tell me the delivery service does not set up. We bought a king size bed. Thankfully, the delivery guys, one who's name was Rafael, saw I was handicapped and did set up the king size bed. I would guess he could get in trouble with his boss for not staying on schedule. I hope that will not be the case, for he was more customer oriented than the outlet store. I will never go back to this outlet store and based on some of the other reviews, this stores management appears not to care about what customers think about them. I will say, a week ago the stores own delivery guys were excellent and the female manager seemed to be very customer oriented. I'm not sure who was responsible for this problem, but it was enough for me to give this poor review.
