| - Hi everyone,
So on July 31, 2016 I called Michelle at for a deep house cleaning service. You would think that with a "Deep house Clean" you would get someone who does wipes baseboards, walls, and fans yeah guess again. I had an appointment for Saturday July 30, 2016 at 1pm, received a TEXT MESSAGE, not a call from Michelle at 12:10pm asking to come at 3pm instead of 1pm.
I had already moved thing around once for that time so then I again had to figure it out and let her know tomorrow would be fine as well (that way I didn't have to cancel plans I already had that night!) My house is not gross or messy, between school, work and traveling I just don't have time to deep clean like I should monthly.
Michelle asked if I needed carpet cleaning and I already had an appointment set up but getting everything done at once would be a lot easier so I told her that. Mind you these are condos not apartments, meaning everyone pays for their own mortgage, own water, and own electric, so when she asked me if we had Spigots I had no clue, obviously I went to look but im not going to walk in behind the building down rocks to check for fricken Spigots and I couldn't see them anywhere anyway so I told her no we don't.
Needless to say, dealing with her through TEXT MESSAGE rather than a phone call was a pain in the ass. We rescheduled for Sunday July 31, 2016 at 4pm and 4 rolls around and no one is still there to clean! I moved things around again for a no show!? Seriously?! A lady names "Esperanza" finally knocks on the door at 4:27pm saying she is there to clean my house. 30 minutes late to an appointment, no call, no message and it took "Michelle" 3 HOURS to answer if someone was still planning on coming to clean!
I figured it was better than nothing to Esperanza "cleaned." I really wish I would have taken before and afters because all it looked like was she streaked the mirrors with Windex, Vacuumed and took out the trash. She didn't wipe a single baseboard. Didn't wipe a single blind. Didn't wash a single wall. Used WINDEX on my GRANITE COUNTERS! It was ridiculous. I ended up cleaning AFTER she clean and I paid $85.00!
Whatever, I let it go and just wasn't going to use their services again. Today, at 8 am my carpet cleaner called me because he hurt his foot and unfortunately needed to reschedule (for him its fine, and HE CALLED!) so I was scrambling on Craigslist because I leave Friday to Cali. Everywhere I saw carpet cleaning, I was messaging asking if they do it and if they were available. Didn't check if I had been in contact with them before or not. Unfortunately, I messaged this HORRIBLE "Company."
You want to call yourself a business, well here is some advise from someone who owns her own company, don't burn bridges with potential clients and especially don't do be a bitch. I plan to let everyone I know and plan to make her company very well known with on how horrible it is.
Best of luck, but I would never recommend this company or any service Michelle and John provide.
Since I can't add photos, here are the direct quotes from the texts this morning, I would be happy to forward anyone the photos.
Me(8:20am): " Do you do Carpet Cleaning?"
Michelle(10:09am): "Not on the third floor with no water spigot nearby"
Me: "There is water spigots. It's fine though I already made another appointment thanks."
Michelle: "That's funny cuz weeks ago u claimed there wasn't"
Me: I'm sorry, yes you are correct I did say we didn't have any because I couldn't find them but then I asked the office so I could be sure because I needed them cleaned and I know they have been done before. As I told the women who came to clean the house that we had them. My apologies that it's not noted in the messages between you and I."
"Also before you snap at a potential customer be sure you read the messages you send because I didn't realize you were the lady who I had my house 'cleaned' by when I initially messaged you. You stated and I quote 'He said he won't be able to do it because he is sure his cords won't reach."
Michelle: "Obviously you are clueless. Goodbye"
Me: "Ha okay. Goodbye. Best of luck to you and your **** house 'cleaning business."
Michelle: "LMFAO! At least I have a business not living in a shi**y 3rd floor apt with no water access. LOL! Stop texting me loser"
"Let's see you didn't know it was a water spigot yet you live there. You didn't know you were texting me yet all our messages come up. What a clueless idiot! I've blocked you so send all of the more clueless messages you want."
Me: "Funny you think it's a shi**y apt considering you weren't the one to show up and didn't even come on time and its actually condos meaning I OWN the unit not rent. LOL don't worry I plan to let everyone know how horrible of service you have. Goodbye."
If i could give negative star I would.
