  • I liked living here for the first 8 months but we got new neighbors besides us and below. Below us are screaming kids and crying babies, along with a guy who screams his head off at his girlfriend/wife and I can hear every word. Besides us are loud young adults who smoke weed with their friends on the balcony. Also the parking is ridiculous. Prices for a one and two bedroom are high so you might as well get a 3 bedroom. Pool and spa now open 24hrs which is nice. Maintenance is also quick! The pictures look nothing like the apartments(in the pics the whole apartment has wood floors) - they are actually carpeted everywhere throughout, except you can get fake looking wood in the kitchen and bathrooms. I wish they utilized the gate & code to make it feel more secure at night but apparently the gate is there for looks.
