  • Very unwelcoming atmosphere and sub-par service. The employees seemed more concerned with their personal conversations while they sipped on wine and lounged against the counter than they were with acknowledging customers presence. I watched in disbelief as the attendant at the counter had a personal conversation with a customer that she appeared to know for nearly 12 minutes as there was literally a line accumulating out the door. (I'm all for a little small talk, and a relaxed atmosphere but this was excessive.) My order of one simple salmon roll to go took over 30 minutes and no one checked on me until I got up to give up and walk out, the woman then claimed she had called my order out but mispronounced my name, but considering I was watching her chat it up the whole time I know that to be a blatant lie. The sushi was not bad, average, and the price was very fair. The food smelled fresh and I'm sure had I been more adventurous than salmon it would have been great. Anyway: I won't be going back.
