  • California Pools has a friendly staff that is concerned about customer satisfaction. One of their sub-contractors did not do their work correctly which became evident years later. California Pools was quick to point out that the work was not done correctly originally and has agreed to fix the problem. My only issue was that I had to express my frustration with their original offer before they decided to fully take responsibility. It would have been a perfect experience if they had offered to fix it right from the beginning. However, I am pleased that after they thoughtfully reviewed my case, they did the right thing. I would recommend California Pools if you are considering a new pool.
