  • I booked my flight through Kayak and paid for 2 nights and an additional service-/ recovery charge in advance. After arrival at Tuscany Hotel for check in, I was told to pay the service and recovery charge AGAIN. This is procedure is completely nontransparent and customer unfriendly! I wrote a complaint to the hotel but have not heard anything back.
