  • I have to give one star because I was very disappointed with the food here. It is a little pricey looking at the menu, as one piece of uni is about 8 dollars. But it is understandable given the restaurant has fountain view and is a in a hotel. However, given the price here, I got very disappointed because the sashimi was not even fresh. The uni is a little bitter and tasted like it was from three days ago. The oyster was not even fresh. I ordered half dozen and they tasted as the quality and freshness one would expect from a buffet place. I was here two years ago and the food has totally go downhill, like a lot of other restaurants on MGM properties, including Joel Robuchon.
