  • So many overpriced douchey places are popping up in our valley. Pho Cao is not one of them! This is the real deal. Great food served late for a steal. This is the type of place that has launched AZ musicians. See the next Gonna Blossoms/ RCP before they hit it big. Not a strip mall joint, not some corporate crap; a small stage with great sound! Delicious 8-15 buck plates and full bar too. Oh yeah, lots of parking too.
