My son used to love to come here for the YuGiOh tournaments. I wasn't really impressed with the place...its small, dirty, and really not a whole lot of selection. The older guy who works here is unfriendly and brusque, unless you are one of his favorites, I was shocked to see him crack a smile once. He is also one of those type of people who will ignore you outright if you make the mistake of trying to make conversation. Very offputting, as I was spending a lot of money there, you would think a little courtesy would be in order. Sometimes the games would run overtime and I would have to wait for my son to finish, there was nowhere to sit and they won't let anyone use a chair unless they are playing. I didn' t like the gaming atmosphere, I'd say half the players were rude, nasty, and condescending to novice gamers. I sure wish another gaming place would open because this one just wasn't worth the drive and expense. And the manager or whoever he is needs to take some lessons in customer service.
