  • I went to Vegas for 4 nights with a 21 month old with my family and ordered the Britax Convert. Car Seat, a bucket of toys/books/puzzeles and a Phil & teds traveller cot. I ordered everything off their website and was pleasantly surprised how quickly the owner was responsive and confirmed everything (Charmain is professional beyond belief). I arranged for the items to be dropped off at Caesars and everything was there as planned. To my delight, the "bucket" of toys was really a HUGE rubber box filled to the brim with books, toys, puzzles - my daughter loved it and each day we pulled a few new items because it was a bit overwhelming for her to have all this "new" stuff. Items were clean, age-appropriate and relatively new. The car seat was wrapped in plastic wrap to keep it clean and just like my britax at home, easy to install. it was nearly brand new, clean and (again) similar to the toys, very clear the owner of this business maintains the quality of her products which is appreciated. Finally the Phil and Teds Traveller crib was perfect - it was my first time using this type of crib - and it worked just fine. Charmain - thank you so much for making our trip easier, especially on our departure day when I had arranged for the items to be picked up at 11am and then at the last minute asked that they be picked up an hour later due to our flight getting delayed. You were so easy to reach via text and accommodating. As a mom (traveling solo that day), it helped entertain my daughter before we had to leave. Finally, I appreciated the Military discount. We will certainly use your company again and I only wish you existed in other cities. As I've rented baby equipment in FL, DC, Mexico and by far - this is the BEST place ever. Reasonable prices, great items and wonderful customer service.
