  • So I read the previous comments before I decided to give my experience. The other comments were true and so on point! I am a VERY patient person, but what I experienced was ridiculous! First, I was referred from my PCP back in May 2015 and when I called to schedule a new patient appointment, I was told the next opening wasn't until the END of September! I too had an unreasonable wait time! I was told to arrive at 2:15pm to complete forms prior to my 3pm appointment. It was so crowded and busy that I didn't receive the forms until 2:50! I was there until after 5pm! As I stated earlier, I'm very patient and understanding but I waited for months to be seen, only to be told at check out that they couldn't scheduled my next follow up because the Dr. was already booked up and that they would have to call me to schedule! The Dr. as well as the staff were all nice and professional, however, as a result of how they do things, I did not feel valued as a patient. After the long waits, I really wish that the office was more timely and efficient. I feel "blown off" at this point
