  • COX is the ABSOLUTE worst. They have shady sales people who tell you that you have basic cable included in your rent (and act shocked that the Property Manager at your apartment complex never told you!) and send you the box to take advantage of it, then BAM hit you with a cable bill, when you NEVER SIGNED UP FOR CABLE. Shitty company that employs shitty people.
