  • Camille was wonderful to work with, ask for her if you come look here. This place may seem older at first, but the fact that you have an attached garage makes it worth it. Having looked at 25+ places in the area, an attached garage makes the rent worth choosing here. The development is very quiet and maintenance staff was very helpful. We moved from out of state, and working with Camille through the process was easy and helped keep our mind at ease. Having not seen the apartment before occupancy, there was a certain amount of nervousness when moving here and obtaining keys. However, the apartment had been completely painted and move in ready as promised. We have a 1/1 with attached garage and the layout is truly spacious for a 1/1. Window seat in bedroom is a bonus as is balcony. The location here is great, much better than being in high traffic areas even for newer apartments with no assigned parking spaces. We dealt mostly with Camille, but Aerial and Desiree were both very helpful and very accommodating with our questions. Friendly staff, clean development and Would recommend renting here to anyone looking in the area.
