Frustrating, expensive, unprofessional and slow; these are just a few words to describe my experience here. A small dent in my car took three weeks to fix, during which I was paying for a rental car out of pocket. It took the guys at Chapman five days just to start on my car after we had a verbal agreement they would start the day I dropped it off. Because of this, my insurance company had to come back twice just to give them an estimate. No one here knew how to communicate with myself, my insurance company or each other. Every time I tried to call I would either get "disconnected" or if I left a message I would never receive a phone call back. My card they had on file was even charged without permission, and I physically had to go into the shop to address the issue with the manager since it was the wrong amount (about $200 over what it should have been). Felt obligated to share as I would hate for anyone else to have to go through this.
