  • My suggestion for anyone with prescriptions is to avoid this place like the plague! They have got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They have the longest wait times in line, and most workers literally have no idea what they are doing. I have had the same 1 birth control for the past several years. They have managed to mess up my prescription every single time I have gone in to pick it up. One time they refilled my prescription incorrectly (with another drug) then told me that they can't refill it because my insurance won't allow it. After a lengthy conversation and several phone calls to the pharmacy demanding they make it right, they refilled my prescription with the correct drug. After, they had a manager call me and try to tell me that it was my fault that they filled it with a prescription I have not used in 5 years. That went well for them. Today was the last straw. I went in to pick up my prescription the other day and I was not allowed to pick it up without paying because I didn't have a new insurance card. I pay my insurance for a reason, so I don't have to pay for prescriptions. So I was pretty upset that they would not let me take it, even though my insurance card was the same. I got my new card and waited in line for 12 minutes. I get up to the window and wait another 4 minutes for them to tell me that they were out of my specific birth control and wanted to know if I could take another one. No!! First off, why did you call me saying that my prescription was filled if you didn't have the drug? Secondly, how was the prescription filled two days ago and now it's not? Also no I cannot take another random drug. School should've taught you that different drugs have different side effects on people. Hence why I've been on this specific prescription for the past five+ years. They wanted me to pull around the building and jump back in line and wait. Not happening! I waited 12+ minutes to get here! This place has the most incompetent workers. I thought about going to another Walgreens, but this experience has completely turned me off Walgreens for good. I would suggest ANY OTHER pharmacy. It will save you gray hairs and drama!
