  • I've been frequenting this place for a few years. My biggest problem with this place is an inconsistency in services and a lack of communications. Many times in the past I would ask for an estimate that included how much the insurance would take into account AND what I would personally pay from my own pocket WITH taxes included, but I would instead get a raw total estimate of everything in one payment, and sometimes without tax. This would happen way too often and usually from the same receptionist. It was also the kind of receptionist you would have to repeat what you wanted. As for the other receptionists on a whole; after my appointments my doctor would tell me to have a seat while they get all the estimates for me, I wait between 5 and 10 minutes, and all I get is a total for today's appointment. When I say "OK how about next time and xxx and yyy" they'd tell me to wait again while they look it up. So what did the doctor tell them? Nothing apparently. And guess what, they then tell me that they'll call me to let me know all the estimates. And what's more? They still haven't called. But they WILL call you to remind you you have overdue operations like cleaning. Yeah it's "nice" of them I guess, but I thought I had already told them that I would call them myself when I have enough money for the operations. So that's what I mean, there's always this kind of lack of communication I have noticed which slows things down for no good reason. And this has been happening throughout the years despite their new recruits at the front desk. Weird conditions. Another thing concerning communications, I had fissures on my teeth for a few years and I have asked several of their doctors/hygienists (about 3/4, maybe 5 in total) what it was and they all told me it was nothing or they didn't see what I was talking about/saw nothing wrong. It wasn't until I saw another of their doctors that she pointed them out and said I was grinding my teeth. So NOW all of a sudden someone picked up on this after years of me asking each doctor what they were? They all have proper training and experience, so how did most of them miss out on what a person who knows his teeth kept pointing out over the years? I will give them one thing, I got my wisdom teeth removed here and it went perfectly. No problems or complications at all and the doctor did a great job. Other than that they are indeed very good looking ladies working in this office, sure they have good bedside manners and they do good manual work on my teeth, but like I said there are internal communication problems which slow things down and lead to confusion or a lack of professionalism/full service. I also get the feeling that most of the staff could have been hired for their looks...
