| - I walked in to Best Mattress by accident. Let me tell you what I meant "by accident "!
My original destination was Pro care medical, next door. I needed to get my 2 year physical. After checking in to the doctor's office, I been informed that the waiting time is one or one and half hours. Please sit down and wait! Well, I did that for two minutes when I realized that the waiting room is full, I mean FULL of sick people! I thought WTF ... I'm not going to be near anyone sick for one or one and half hour! I decided to go outside and check what's next door ... and here I go ... I walked in to Best Mattress.
The store was completely empty. I was welcomed by a sales person immediately, who asked me what I was interested to see.
Now ... here comes the funny part! I told him about my story next door, in the doctor's office. I told him I really don't want to be around the sick people and I just want to see what is in the store! I assured him that I am not sick at all, don't be afraid to be around me, and I don't think I buy anything, I just want to look around.
He looked at me and said: Well, people come to the store to buy a mattress!
I told him, well ... the last time I bought a mattress, about 20 years ago, so I actually love to see what is new! Also, I really wanted to turn around my negative feelings, loosing so much time waiting in the doctor's office. So make my story short, I suddenly decided to shop for mattress! One by one, I started laying down on the mattresses.
The sales person stayed back around his desk.
I started asking questions. I told him, I definitely like the memory foam mattress, since I have the old fashioned mattress at home. So now it's time to get a better one!
After trying all the comfortable mattresses, checking all price ranges, I got two different brands in my budget. Going back and forth, trying to make a decision, the sales person told me to try another one next to the wall. I did, of course, it felt good, better than the other two. Well the price was also double!
Now, here comes the best part. Sam, because by this time, I learned the sales person's name, told me about all the different discount I can get! He calculated the exact cost for each of the mattresses I liked. He made it so much easier to find the best mattress for me!
He also offered to buy a mattress protection cover. I thought it was a great idea.
So, almost two hours later I had my purchase complete with delivery set up!
Sam explained all the warranty details and everything I needed to know!
I can definitely recommend Best Mattress for anyone who wants to buy a mattress! Look for Sam! He is knowledgeable and friendly!
