  • I have came to Bomboba once before this time and ordered something simple like a mango slush with boba and it was pretty alright. I came tonight and decided to venture out and order something else that seemed popular and it was the Volcano Snow w/ black boba. The medium drink cost about $7.50. I took two sips and I just didn't care for it so I went back to see if I can switch it out with something else or at least get my money back. I was so mad when I was refused both of those offers! The staff didn't even seem to care that I was clearly not satisfied and the manager didn't even have the courage to come tell me he or she could not even give me a refund! I was so mad considering I work in a restaurant and I always make sure my customers are satisfied and offer them something else if they don't like what they originally got. This is the worst place ever I will never spend a dime here! It doesn't even seem clean and they're drinks are alright...nothing special! DO. NOT. COME HERE. McDonald's has better service than this trashy place!
