I bought a ukulele here on Black Friday 2014. The employee who assisted me was incredibly helpful and friendly. He took his time to ensure I knew all the different options/brands and that I got what was in my budget. At checkout, he helped me get coverage on my uke and was incredibly patient in explaining things to me. It felt like I was the only customer in the store with this great customer service.
Fast-forward to 2016 when I'm ready to purchase a case for said uke. I was initially going to make the purchase online, but I called the store to see if there were any other options. Again, I was extremely pleased with the customer service, even over the phone.
If it couldn't get any better.... A new location! At the Hilldale Shopping Mall, which is closer to where I live. I stopped in there, was greeted right away, and I explained to the employee what kind of case I needed. He clarified my request, informed me of a good option they had in stock, and quickly grabbed it from the back. Very decent prices here.
The only thing is that I didn't see any nametags. I would've loved to give the manager a call and praise these employees.
