  • I've worked with Tom at carpets galore a few times . Every time I need help , he works with me on my budget and style . Whenever we had questions , he was precise , no bull , straight to the point . I love that there is never a guessing game on what my cost will be or what quality service I would receive . Even at our old house , less than 2 weeks after the new carpet was installed , we spilled some paint. Tom sent his crew out to fix it for us . Always get top notch service.
