  • The room was clean. And that was fine... my complaint is the beds. Not only were they uncomfortable but mine was indented in the middle...like a super fat guy slept in it for a year straight. So we changed rooms and had the same issue in that room! And another issue is that they need elevators near the end of the hotels! If you are at the last room you better like walking...because it's a long journey to the elevators! Plus everything was on the pricey side. the alcohol in the gift shop is ridiculous! At least at the orleans the liquor store in the hotel was regular price!the resort fees are too high too! Will not stay there again. Plus they charge and extra 200 you and you have to fight to get it back! Don't stay there or deal with these crooks!
