  • We were ready to renew our contract with Verizon, and so we decided to go during the snow storm on Dec. 15th. Our specialist, Andy Kosch was absolutely terrific. Verizon was running a bunch of promos and discounts, and Andy busted a move to get us the very best deals possible. This was the best experience I have ever had in a Verizon store. Andy got all our info transferred to our new phones and answered every question we had! He was patient and courteous and really helpful. Just can't say enough good things about the trip to the Mentor Verizon store, it was truly painless and seamless! Thank you, Andy!
