  • I have been flying American Airlines fairly loyally over the past 7 years. They make accessing military benefits quick and easy for free checked bags and I love their mobile app for check-in and accessing your boarding pass. I cannot recall any negative experiences worth stating. Generally my flights have always left and arrived on time, if not early. The one improvement I would like to see is their airline seats. I love the new delta airline seats with the built in tablets where you can access a wide array of movies and what not. Offering free WiFi would also be a plus.
