  • Scottsdale being a "newer" city compared to "back east", it's hard to find authentic classic places. The Sugar Bowl takes you right back to the good times - simply, classic ice cream. Loved the peanut butter and chocolate ice cream with hot fudge. The place shows a little wear and tear, and there's not a lot of handicap parking close by - which rates the 4 stars not 5.
