  • Don't go here if you have an emergency, Becky the nurse(supposed to be a manager) wasn't friendly and lacked major compassion. My daughter came in with extreme abdominal pain and told them that she may be pregnant. They gave her morphine after awhile but never did a pregnancy test to confirm. After 5hrs they were diagnosing her with endometriosis and trying to send her home. She then reiterated that she may be pregnant and that's when they ran her blood. 3hrs later they confirmed her pregnancy and then did an Ultrasound. After the US, they told her it was too early and gave her a list of bad things that could be going on with her. She came home hysterical and still with no answers. Thank the universe she has an appt scheduled already. I have been to plenty of hospitals in CLE and this one is ranked just above Metro on my list, starting from the bottom. Boooo I give them 2 thumbs waaaay down especially BECKY!!
