  • Well where do I begin? The missed appointments or the wrong measurements or the waaaayyyy overpriced windows that don't work as advertised in front of your face??? Don't believe the heat sensor that the salesman shows you, the windows still let plenty of heat in... The selling point or the extortion point? I mistakenly paid up front and they don't offer refunds or rebates! They measured a window size wrong and after waiting 6 weeks for "new" windows one was installed and the other I had to wait another month and then they gave the installer the old window to install and he had to go back to the warehouse and get the new one adding over an hour to the job- and he wasn't happy either! Even said he thinks they're taking too many "lunch breaks "... On my time... Keep your old windows and buy yourself a vacation instead!
