  • Took my daughter's wedding dress here to be dry cleaned (we purchased it used). When I went to get it, they delivered it with a major stone missing, broken threads and loose beading in the sash. I brought it all the way home (I drove out of the way to get to Louie's because of the reviews) and called in a panic. I drove all the way back and was promised that it would be fixed. Today, I picked it up. The stone was found and sewn back on and the threads were cut. When I asked about the sagging pearls and mentioned that a thread had been broken there as well, the girl asked if I was just putting it in storage. Does that matter? No. My daughter is wearing it in 2 months. I ended up taking it to an alterations place and paying 20.00 to reinforce the threads. Considering it cost 99 to clean it, this place was not worth the headache.
