Just went with coworkers to the melt. The food was good and we had a great server. Problems came when we were given one bill for 17 people. The manager needs to take a customer service class. Most of us use debit or credit cards and carry very little cash. The manager felt it was important to let us know that he was right and we had to pay one bill instead of working with us and accept individual payments. Needless to say I won't be going back and I'll let everyone know how we were treated. The manager cost The Melt a lot of future business!!! I would have rated the manager at a -10 stars.
