I agree with Tom, and somewhat with JT; while the Dr. is talented and updated he needs to work on his people skills, and his prices. I saw some sign that said something like Walmart prices, but Neiman Marcus quality. There was a 6k price difference on a quote from him and someone else, the other place was cheaper and just as modern.. You'll feel like a number until you get out of the chair, staff is nice, but that don't make up for it.
He actually walked in to a room with a sandwich in his hand to check on my relative that needed something, she never returned, and neither will I. He was going to replace a filling for $350, she doesn't have dental.
While we're on it my dental insurance has a deductible and still only pays 1k a year.
What's up with that, through my wife's employer.
