  • I cracked my iPhone 6 and took it here because they had a one-hour turnaround promised and told me they use "authentic Apple products", but when I got my screen replaced it was $130 in total and it felt like a cheaper substitute - two weeks later the phone cracked again because it was in my pocket. I went back and they agreed to fix it again for $130 because this was "accidental damage". Fair, so I got it fixed again and had parts of the screen break off over the next month. I decided to get it replaced from the Apple Store and it's been perfect since! Apple did it in less than an hour and it costs $140+tax. UPDATE: I was contacted by a representative of Buy N Cell shortly after this post with an apology. They were willing to compensate me for a portion of my cost and assured that they use authentic Apple products. Appreciated their customer service.
