I'm almost painfully straight-laced, and look quite out of place in a tattoo shop. That said, the staff was friendly and helpful and I didn't get so much as a funny look for walking in wearing business clothing.
The store is clean and none of the piercers (to my knowledge) use piercing guns.
Trevor, one of the piercers, is very knowledgeable, and I would strongly recommend his services.
Edit - I've gotten more piercings done at the same location, and always have a pleasant experience there. Samantha is typically working the front when I come in and she is invariably helpful. If you're looking for a tattoo or piercing parlor, Urban Art is the place to go.
