We scheduled an appointment for my son with the oral surgeon Bryan White about three months ahead of time around school and work schedules taking days off. Important to note, he only performs the surgery once a month on Tuesdays anyway so it was limited but clearly agreed upon by him. Also, very important to us, we planned on using our remaining insurance spending account funds for the surgery. So here we are the last week of the year I call the day before surgery to see if there is any last minute info we need to know to find out they forgot to inform us they need to reschedule because he's out of the office. No call, no apology just "oh... I have notes that we need to reschedule him" We would have shown up day of ready to go bright and early no surgeon. Wasted days taken off of work for two people and money still left in our spending account with no time to plan anything else. Very frustrating! We have also had problems with the scheduling staff make random 6 month check up appointments that I get via email that I have to change because an 11:00 obviously doesn't fit with a school age child and I have chosen to overlook this and just call to change the time but now I've come to realize how inconsiderate this truly is. With so many choices out there I can no longer justify giving them our business.
