Food here is good but prices are on the higher end. YOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN WINE AND THERE IS NOT A CORKING FEE. Echo and rig is a traditional upscale steakhouse. The plaza it's located in is beautiful and makes you forget you're in Las Vegas. Plenty of parking around this area so don't settle for the first parking spot you see or you could possibly be walking a lot. This steakhouse is 2 stories. First floor is a waiting area, a bar, and an area with a frig with raw meat (I think this place is also a butcher shop). All dining tables are on the top floor and there is both indoor and outdoor seating. Menu items are as affordable as $12 for sandwiches and can go higher depending on the type of entree you get. Appetizers are for sharing and are roughly around $6-$10. I started with the portobello fries and garlic mash potatoes, both were delicious. I got the filet (about $37) and although the portion was small, the meat was tender and juicy, melt like butter. Only complaint I had was I came with a large party with a reservation for 8:30pm and we were not seated until 9:20pm!!! That's almost an hour my party had to wait and we were all present at 8:30pm. Overall, food here is good but can get a bit pricey. Definitely worth a try for a Vegas local or if you have friends in town.
