  • Fresh pasta...in the middle of the desert. It's so good. If you're up for it, sit at the bar and watch the chefs work their magic with the fireplace. And Zeus, the chef in charge of the pasta dishes, is an artist. My wife and I tried two salads, two pizzas, the caprese and then 4 pasta dishes. Every single one of them was perfectly balanced and intriguing. One of the pizzas included various pickled veggies (never had that before) and their pappardalle and tagliatelle are made every single morning and it shows. So, so good!
