  • I went in on a Wednesday to pre-order a phone that came out on Friday. The large bearded man told me that I should NOT pre-order becuase if i did i wouldnt have it until the following week. He said i should just come by on Friday and get it at that point. Show up on Friday (hour after they open) and they don't have it. Then he LIES and says he didnt say that. Tell me what do I have to gain by lying (not like it was going to change their inventory situation)? What does he have to gain by lying? Figure out who benefits from lying and you can see what happened here. He gave out BS info and screwed up. Instead of saying sorry i messed up he denies it happened. Really shows you the character of a man who can't do something as simple as acknowledge an error. I guess thats why he is close to 40 working at a spint store.
