I am a fan of Orangetheory Fitness. This location might have some managerial issues to work out, but the front desk staff (especially Stacy and Luke) and the trainers are pretty good! Emily (who remembers your name from day 1! - very impressive!!) and Bryan are very enthusiastic at what they do. And both Katies are good at motivating us as well. There have been a few trainers come and go but I have to say there is no one that I don't like here. All the trainers are friendly, check on your form and make you feel welcome to the studio.
I love the concept of this gym! It's my kind of working-out...push me and tell me what to do or I'll just find a distraction as to why I don't need to work out ;) But I'm in disagreement on corporate's policy on canceling 12 hours in advance (my schedule changes constantly, 4 hours would be more reasonable for busy people. And the membership is not cheap, especially for Unlimited, so I feel like corporate is nickel and dime-ing us on that part - $10 late cancel fee). It is unfortunate that corporate does not bother to reply to emails either. That's a disappointment. But this is in no reflection to this location. The staff here do reply pretty quickly actually. But there is only so much they can do if there is an issue that is out of their control (like the cancelation policy).
If you're looking to get in shape and need motivation in doing so, then this is the place for you!
