  • My friend and I were looking to try out the VIP experience at this location. But when we were looking for tickets online, the website wasn't clear on what tickets were for the VIP experience and which were for the regular theater. We thought we bought the tickets for the VIP experience but we actually just bought the regular ones. Since I bought my tickets online, I received the barcode to scan to redeem my tickets at the theater. As we got there, we were so lost on how to get the tickets. There wasn't anyone there to help us at the kiosk. We had to walk up to the box office to ask how to get our tickets. The lady there told us that she needed my method of payment again to be able to give me the tickets. I had told her that I received the barcode but she told me that she didn't need that, she just needed my card. Anyway I gave her my card and she printed the tickets for me. At this point we realized that the tickets we had bought were for regular not VIP. I was kind of upset that we drove all this way for a regular theater. Asides from that, the movie theater was really nice compared to the one in Vaughan.
