  • I will start by saying that I really don't like taking my car in for oil changes and regular maintenance because I always end up getting the story about all the things that are wrong with my car. I know up selling is normal, but I always seem to get the worst case scenarios and I'm sorry, but I know there is an assumption that because I'm female, I don't know anything about cars......I took my car into Sun Auto for an oil change - I had bald tires and was ready for the hard sell - they changed my oil, and said "you probably should get those tires replaced". Wow. That was it. Went back today for another oil change (with new tires). They brought in my air filter and showed me how dirty it was. No pressure to have them fix it, just letting me know. We went ahead and got it replaced. I went to pay, and realized I had left my wallet home - I only live 10 minutes away, they let me run home and get my wallet. Brian at the front and everyone else I've encountered have been awesome!! I will always recommend Sun Auto to my friends!!
