This 1-star review is only for the women who were teaching the Sephora "perfect lips class". I arrived 15 minutes early and walked by the window where 1 girl noticed me, alerted the other 2 employees (who were doing their makeup). They all looked at me and then looked away without acknowledging me once. Not so much as a wave, a fake smile, or a hand signal. I've worked many retail jobs before and understand service and friendliness are the basis. A quick "thanks for coming early but we're not able to let you in yet" would have been fine. I felt so uncomfortable and unwanted that I left.
Update (1/10/16):
Went to a Sephora in NYC 2 weeks ago and was IMMEDIATELY greeted and helped. It was located in Times Square; that place is PACKED with tourists and people all day every day but the employees at that location are aware of basic retail formalities. I guess you can't expect much from a Sephora store in a suburban mall.
