  • I loved this place from the first time I visited the bar, which has the best view in Vegas by the way, Till the first time I stayed here, Up until now. The place is kind of falling off in terms of service, cleanliness, and just overall upkeep. It seems to be in a transformation of sorts in order for somebody else to take over it's reins of being the leading Authority in customer service. Nothing please more than having to come to Vegas only for the sake of having The privilege of staying in the Mandarin Oriental during its heyday. Nothing gives me more sadness the knowing I probably have to choose another place to stay next year. they just haven't Kept up with the place. The Mandarin has worn out its welcome in Las Vegas it appears. How so very sad. Still giving you 3 stars cause I like ya!
