  • This is alright post office for mailing needs. However, I have been waiting over 3 weeks to be able to even make an appointment to apply for a passport. Time is ticking for my trip, and this is a huge bottle neck at this point. The first time I called, they said to call back in two weeks. I call back in two weeks and they say they don't have appointments until the next week. Which I am unsure how that happened as the representative told me they only schedule within the same week. I called as soon as they opened Monday morning. A lot of people must have done the same thing because they were booked....hmmm something doesn;t make sense here. I gave with this office (even though its close to work and most convenient) and called a post office down the. What do you know but I got an appointment the same week! Something does not add up here. Regardless, I have an appointment FINALLY.. and its not with these people.
